About the role

Do you want to play a part in rebuilding the Australian market for this established global learning and development provider?

The time has come to recruit a Senior Account Executive who can rebuild and secure new logos for the Australian market across all verticals.  This Business Development role will see you work with an extensive range of C-suite customers selling high-level strategic Learning & Development services.  These transformational learning services are recognised, reinforced and sustained to produce double-digit percentage performance improvement in salesforces, workforces and leadership ranks. 

  • Strategic analysis of the territory and prioritise whom to target
  • Generate new revenue opportunities by prospecting, researching, qualifying and closing business in both new and existing accounts
  • Meets sales and margin objectives as assigned
  • Work with local and international subject matter experts, facilitators and senior executives to compile innovation solutions

About you

As a trusted ‘C’ level advisor, you must demonstrate strong stakeholder management abilities with a natural flair for uncovering and developing solutions that solve companywide business issues.

Utilise your 3-5 years sales, business development experience to large corporate and enterprise accounts and leverage your business side contacts to hit the ground running.  It is preferred you have familiarity or previous sales experience in the Learning & Development Services sectors (training or education) and possess a solid knowledge of Sales & HR practices. 

As this is an acquisition focussed role, its essential you can demonstrate your ability to sell solutions, to engage and close multiple business units with targeted accounts. 

Above all, you must have strong customer-facing abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills to manage a diverse audience of stakeholders.
