Based in Surry Hills, their office is a vibrant and dynamic work place in the heart of the fashion precinct. Given their substantial growth over the past 2 years, they now require a Head of Sales & Solutions to join the leadership team. As an experienced hands-on Sales Manager, who has hustle, persistence and a track record for smashing targets, you will be responsible for a small inside sales team. You will be tasked with creating new sales processes, establishing sales culture within the organisation and actively acquiring new business from the enterprise market.
You'll have a small team underneath you and they're in need of a leader and a mentor. This is not selling widgets. The approach will need to be consultative with both new and existing clients.
Provide frontline leadership and management to ensure sales executives are proficient in selling the solution
Manage all administrative and reporting tools to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
Work closely with the founding team to ensure the whole business is working together to achieve common goals
You play with a straight bat and love what you do. You are analytically minded who sees selling as a science, not an art form.

3-5 years in B2B/enterprise software sales and people management experience
Experience in Cloud or e-commerce Solutions or SaaS or Managed Services or Logistics software to the retail market
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for people and innovation
Strong selling, negotiation and time management skills
Ability to sell to all levels of business, particularly Enterprise
