Responsibilities for the Technical Sales Consultant OR Territory Manager
This challenging role is responsible for Business Development of your specified Victorian territory (North/West). This will see you working with both new and existing specialist trade dealers and educating them on new commercial programs, product demonstrations and sales training. You will actively support your dealer network and their specific trade customers (Building/Construction/Woodworking) by leading trade nights, end user demonstrations and highlighting the value of high-end products.
Requirements for the Technical Sales Consultant OR Territory Manager
We are in search of a commercially astute Technical Sales Consultant / Territory Manager / Area Manager / Sales Representative OR Senior Account Manager who has 5+ years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to manage and grow a top performing territory and work within a structured environment that has proven systems that yield successful outcomes and results.
An experienced Sales Professional from within a dealer OR distribution channel environment, coupled with end user exposure to trade sectors like Industrial, Building, Construction, Woodworking, Painting or similar markets, will see you succeed in this role.
You must be a highly motivated, well presented sales professional, with the ability to drive new business and forge strategic distributor relationships through excellent customer service, first class training and sound business advice.
You have a proven ability to sell on Return On Investment, rather than on price and volume.
