• Lead the selling process to achieve sales goals: continuous account planning, rigorous deal qualification and win strategies, and ongoing win/loss reviews.
• Personally “lead from the front” by visibly selling, delivering, and conducting QAs on our most complex and high profile opportunities
• “Lead by example” and seek success around 2 or 3 clients in the Portfolio
• Build and maintain a network of government practitioners informed and motivated around specific matters of strategic interest to our clients business.
• Actively sponsor and support performance reviews and promotion decisions for those working on the portfolio
• Develop improved client-centric account teams to drive profitable growth
• Review and supervise the account plan for each Portfolio client by developing a deep understanding of client issues and pressures and validating that knowledge with the client. Following this you will then set the goals and translate these into actions covering the client growth agenda
• Actively develop trust based relationships with key client executives
► 10+ years knowledge and experience of Technology, Consulting or Outsourcing into Federal Government / State Governments.
► Proven leadership and people development skills
► The ability to drive new revenue growth from the public sector
