The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and on-boarding quality new business leads within the Wholesale /Service Provider /Dealer channel. You will have access to a CRM system, direct marketing, and inbound leads, so you don’t need to feel like you are all alone in the wilderness. That being said, they are not the type of organisation that sit back and wait for success to just happen, they get out there and chase it. So for the successful candidate, your level of tenacity and professionalism needs to match that of the business.
You will have a B2B Telco sales background and love the thrill of the chase in securing quality new business. You will be well versed in the Telco landscape (retail or wholesale) and ideally have an existing network to farm leads, in addition to those that will be provided to you. Most importantly you will have the desire and passion to succeed, a thirst to learn and be motivated to achieve sales results. You inherently understand what great customer leadership looks and feels like.
