About the role

Do you have a passion for technology, digital marketing and the healthcare industry? 

Are you a Customer Success Manager / Senior Account Manager who can drive commercial discussion with Corporate and Enterprise accounts and deliver innovative digital solutions?

This role requires a Customer Success Manager OR Account Manager who can drive innovation that improves their customers’ (healthcare providers) digital footprint and creates a better, all-round customer experience.

This role will see you manage all existing customers and develop an improved strategy for growing the top 20 Enterprise customers.  You will identify growth opportunities to increase customer performance, improve knowledge and utilisation of the platform, and look for upselling and cross selling of products and digital services.

• Deal-making experience in the SaaS, digital marketing or tech sector, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit; ability to generate and drive solutions independently
• Creative thinker/thought leader in developing new approaches, use cases, and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience Technical Account Management, Customer Success within Software as A Service (SaaS), digital, media or related environment
• Relentless dedication to exceeding customer expectations and KPI’s and a proven ability to do so
• Excellent understanding of competitive landscape and trends in the digital and social media space, and the opportunities this presents for brands  
• Positive attitude, strong culture fit, drive to make a difference
