Our client is a leading Software as a Service [SaaS] provider of online and offline customer engagement platformsandservices.  With an aggressive growth strategy they now look to employ a Sydney OR Melbourne based Business Development Manager.  This exciting startup role requires highly attunedconsultativesellingtechniques, strong ROI selling experience and of course a passion for the ever changing Customer Engagement (CX) landscape.

The successful candidate mustbehighly self-motivated and comfortable selling in to any vertical located anywhere across APAC [primarily AU and NZ].

KeyResponsibilities

Building the ANZ footprint!

• Hunting - Develop and drive new named Enterprise Accounts
• Farming -Consultative selling in to existing Enterprise accounts to sell higher, wider deeper and expand the use of platform > conversion optimization > business intelligence integration and beyond.

Skills Required

• Must have acumen, empathy and understanding of theonline/ web space and SaaS based technology
• Proven Enterprise SaaS BD experience of at least 4 years, preferably in Digital, Web Engagement, Web Analytics, Revenue Performance Management, Customer Engagement (CX), Enterprise Feedback Management or Online Engagement environments
• Strong analytical skills focused on ROI selling
• Have had previous start up experience
• Self-motivated,creative,able to work both autonomously as well as in a group dynamic
• BA/BS required, MBA a plus,computer science or analytics background.
